We have several ways that we work with our clients, and it's usually based on each client's specific needs.

Business Makeover

Our Business Makeover includes a free initial interview that usually lasts about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. During this interview we discuss what you think your business' biggest problems are, and your greatest strengths. Then we'll talk about where you are now and where you'd like to be in the next 1, 3 and 5 years. We will offer any insight that we have from the information we gather, and try to focus you on what your biggest hurdles seem to be.

If you schedule a follow-up appointment, we take some time and research your industry, your region, your competition and we'll look at some things other people in your industry are doing in other parts of the country. We will also come up with a plan for overcoming your biggest problems, and putting you on a path that helps you achieve your 1-, 3- and 5-year goals. This second meeting typically lasts about 2 hours. The cost for the Business Makeover is $900 if you proceed with the second appointment; if you only schedule the first appointment there is no charge.

Business Consulting

Several clients have, based on the results of the Business Makeover, decided to take parts of the plan on themselves. However, there are some parts of the business plan that they feel more comfortable having us execute. We are available for general Business Consulting at an extremely competitive hourly rate. We have seen rates for the western PA area that are easily 30-40% higher per hour. Please call to inquire about our rates!
